My son Harikrishna, who is nine and a half years old, faces Autism problem with traits of ADHD. Major issues with him was, too much of uncontrollable anger for irrelevant things. Biting, banging his head, pulling our hair badly and scratching is what he used to do continuously. We have been taking him for occupational therapy.Five months back my sister-in-law guided us to meet Mrs. Roma Biswas who is a sound therapist and she started treating him with the various sound frequencies. Nowadays, after his anger outburst, he realizes his mistake and becomes very emotional.

I've known her for nearly a decade as a friend and colleague but today I have the privilege of being her disciple.My learning of Kriya yoga has restarted under her and regular practice of Shakti Sadhana has helped me among other things to change my unhealthy sleep pattern.As a expert sound therapist she has helped me to reduce knee pain and has treated my acidity problem successfully.Her talks have helped me to uncover serious habit patterns, attitudes and beliefs and I am working on them.

My name is Mrs.Aleeta A. Karbhari. I am 60 years old. I stay in Vakola, Santacruz(East).I joined Samarpan 3 years back. The Kriya and knowledge has bought a lot of changes in my life. Romaji my Gurumaa has explained the knowledge and taught me the kriya so well that after following it a lot of transformation I have seen for myself. My anger has gone down. Fear is there a little bit which I am trying to dissolve it. The health issues which I have has reduced a bit. I now try to be alert I what I am doing . I pratice my kriya everyday and also after that I do meditation. I still have to learn a lot. I try and talk less.
